There are 2 private duplexes with access to a communal garden that includes a BBQ and patio area - there is plenty of seating for great outside entertaining.
Inside there the plenty of living spaces - the main living areas are welcoming, bright and open. The dining area is a unique corner diner with separate chairs next to the main lounge making the most of the well designed living space. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom - this is light and open and provides lots of space.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The third bedroom has a bunk configuration that can sleep 3 - one on the top and 2 on the bottom.
The fourth bedroom has a king single with pull out trundle facility for the 9th guest (the trundle will be moved into the third bedroom with the bunk bed)
There is also an option for a portable cot to be set up for the little one - please contact us direct to organise - an additional charge will apply.

Wherever possible we will provide a "Meet and Greet" service - where we are unable we will provide an easy check in process via your email
