Investor Buying Consultancy

This is an end to end service which in simple terms involves the following:

  1. Sourcing the property.
  2. Providing an analysis on short term rental returns vs permanent rental returns as part of the property selection.
  3. Managing the property – neo is uniquely positioned to offer our clients both short term holiday rentals and permanent rentals.

Target Purchasing

This is a simple process where many of our clients come to us seeking help purchasing a property they like, but want an honest unbiased opinion on the value of the property. This again is an end to end service which covers the following:

  1. Neo approaches the selling agent as a conjunction and conducts the inspection – we can do this in person with you as the buyer or provide video representation/on line inspection if interstate or overseas and unable to attend in person.
  2. We negotiate the contract of sale for you – this includes ensuring all aspects of the contract are covered and work closely with your solicitor of choice through to settlement.
  3. If required we will manage the property for you – this may be for owner occupiers for an interim period before moving in, or for investors on a long term basis. For our investors we will then source the right tenant and manage the property for them with a permanent rental. For for client's that wish to use the property during certain periods of the year for holidays we advise and manage their property as a short term holiday rental. Whatever the investment, the neo family will ensure maximum returns are achieved.
