My wife, Kristine, and I would like to say and give our sincerest thanks and appreciation to Michele for the tireless work put in to make our sale go as smoothly as possible.
As you know I have been in real estate personally for a number of years in the commercial field. I was absolutely shocked by the amount of work and dedication put in by the team. We had our doubts, not using the local "gurus" that seemed to be full of seemingly worn out standard advice.  Michele was the first person that actually "listened" to our needs, and realised we had a unique product. We liked the way Michele knew on viewing our property, that it didn't have a comparison in the area and as such threw away the proposal and price range and suggested an auction to achieve the best result.
As such our emotions were high to say the least, but through every step of the way Michele made us feel comfortable, nothing was a bother, handling 50 inspections at open house per session, taking it all in her stride. To then reach the crescendo of it all , with 100 people at auction, 10 registered bidders and a record price achieved on the western side of the Gold Coast Highway in Tugun ever.......You did what you promised you would do, an easy process, a committed team that works for the "seller", and a record price. That's putting your money where your mouth is.

I’m a property owner who has had rental properties on the Gold Coast since 2007. During that time I have used a variety of local rental agents to manage my properties. In general my experiences were mediocre, with the sense that once I had signed the paperwork, myself and my property were nothing more than a number on the books of the agent.
