Neo Property was created in 2006 by corporate executives Ian Adams and Michele Decroix.

After 20 years in the Sydney Corporate market as IT and Telecommunication Executives  it was time for a change and having bought and sold over 22 homes over the years they noticed a glaring hole in the day to day practice of general real estate.

“We had purchased multiple properties in Sydney and the Gold Coast and in almost every instance, the sales process was woeful. We couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism, the sell at all cost attitude, and the lack of ability to negotiate a better price. Since the creation of Neo on the Gold Coast over 10 years ago, the market has suffered the GFC and various troughs and peaks. Throughout these market fluctuations, various people flooded into the real estate business in the peak times and ran for the hills with the down turn. Neo however has gone from strength to strength regardless of the position of the property market by simply applying their corporate relationship sales approach to the industry.
