Come and relax - The Lodge is a peaceful homestead on over 6 hectares of private land here on the Gold Coast. Available for short and long stays, The Lodge is grand, open, and offers easy living with multiple living, dining and functional spaces for the large family or group bookings.

This home is truly magnificent. It has lots of living spaces and plenty of bedrooms to sleep 8 - more beds can be supplied if needed so just make an enquiry. This is an ideal spot for a corporate group or the large family as everyone can have their own individual spaces to relax and enjoy a getaway or equally to house a corporate function....there is plenty for everyone.

The homestead itself is single level and is centrally positioned on the 6 hectares so all round privacy is guaranteed. Bookings will have access to the inner gardens and whilst the outer paddocks are manicured, these are not currently included as part of the booking unless by prior arrangement.......a special booking can be made with animals as well so contact us directly. There is a dam on site so please note that children must be supervised at all times in this area.

This property has a wonderful floor plan making for that extra special group experience - it has formal and informal living, lounge and bars area and well as a choice of dining. The formal lounge features an open fireplace that can be used during the cooler months here on the Gold Coast and the corporate dining area is magnificent with a separate seating area as well as a built in bar.

Outside there are equally generous spaces - there are multiple outside seating areas including pool side. The wrap around balcony is an entertainers delight with built in BBQ and plenty of bench space for those wonderful gatherings with family and friends. A number of the bedrooms also have access to the balconies enhancing the sense of peace and tranquility.

The bedroom configurations will currently sleep 8 comfortably, with the Master and 2nd bedroom providing a king. The 3rd bedroom has 2 king singles, the 4th a Queen and the 5th which also caters for the study area also offers a Queen. If additional beds/bedding is required we can accommodate this for the larger events.

The entrance to this property is grand and provides a remote gate behind which the sweeping drive will take guests directly to the undercover porch area by the front door. Here plenty of cars can be parked in this undercover and surrounding areas close to the house.

* Please note that there is a separate private dwelling on the property with permanent residents in situ which is independent of this booking. There is currently no access to the separate "granny flat" and the large sheds - these may be offered as extensions for special events upon request. There is a dam on site so children must be supervised at all times. *
