Michele’s sales career was established at an early age as part of a large family bakery business in the heart of London. “Shell’s Bakery” was to provide Michele with the corner stone of her great fondness of dealing with the general public and her ability to deliver the best quality of customer sales and service. Having qualified through the University of London with a Bachelor of Humanities degree, her sales career developed into the recruitment arena before travelling to Australia.
Here in Australia, Michele was soon to prove her sales capabilities with some of the largest organisations in Telco and IT including Link Telecommunications, Alcatel and IBM. Michele achieved a magnitude of both individual sales representative and sales manager awards including the prestigious IBM 100% club.

I was always communicating with my clients, managing their expectations, and never avoided any challenges. My achievements have been as a result of maintaining the highest level of customer service and by delivering what I promise.”
Michele’s success is shown by the number of Blue Chip contracts she won which included Westpac Banking Corporation, Channel 7, Boral Group of Companies, News Limited and IBM to name a few. These are a true testament to her ability to listen to customers, tailor a solution and provide a win-win situation for all parties as many of these contracts are still in place today.
Michele was head hunted by IBM when she competed against them to win a major contract with Suncorp here in Queensland. It was this work that eventually led to one of Michele’s career highlights – being involved in the Sydney Olympics in 2000.
“It was such a great time. Everyone was focused on making sure Sydney delivered the best Olympic Games ever. Working with several Telecommunications and IT projects to deliver the transport information services, it was exciting to know you were involved with such an integral part of the operation – the communication hub and people interface to the city of Sydney.
It was even better to talk about the success of the project after the event! I was very proud to have been part of such a winning team”
